1. Who we are
IQ Bot is a Discord utility bot with a web dashboard at iq-bot.xyz. “We” means the IQ Bot team operating the bot, Super IQ features, and the dashboard.
We’re a small team that cares about communities. If something feels unclear or unfair, message us — we’d rather help than hide behind fine print.
2. Information we save
To make features work (welcome, tickets, levels, AFK, embeds, and more), we may store:
- Discord IDs — user ID, username, avatar (when you log in or use commands).
- Server data — guild, channel, and role IDs needed for your setup.
- Feature settings — welcome messages, ticket panels, AFK text, auto-responses, embeds, giveaways, clan data, log settings, etc.
- Activity / levels — XP, ranks, and profile settings when those features are used.
- Limited message content — only when a feature needs it (prefix commands, AFK, filters, tickets, optional message logs). We do not save every message in every channel by default.
- Purchase / subscription records — what plan you bought and when, so we can deliver Super IQ and process refunds.
3. How we use your information
- Run the bot features you (or your server admins) enabled.
- Power the dashboard login (Discord OAuth) and settings.
- Provide support when you need help.
- Keep the service secure and working.
- Process payments, subscriptions, and 14‑day refunds when requested.
We do not sell your data, use message content for advertising, or use message content to train public AI / ML models.
4. Storage, security & how long we keep data
Information is stored on our servers / database (outside Discord) so features keep working after restarts. We use encryption at rest where our hosting provides it, and we limit who can access production systems.
Some data stays longer than 30 days while you still use the feature (for example levels, profile settings, or ticket history). If you leave a server or remove the bot, you can still ask us to delete your personal feature data — see below.
5. Sharing
We don’t sell personal data. Hosting and payment providers may process data only to run the service (for example database hosting or checkout). Discord has its own Privacy Policy for anything that stays on Discord.
6. Your choices & deleting data
- Server admins can turn features off or remove IQ Bot from the server.
- You can request deletion of your stored activity / account-related feature data.
- Please include your Discord user ID and, if needed, the server ID so we can find the right records.
We’ll help as fast as we reasonably can — we’re friendly about this.
7. Refunds (privacy of purchases)
If you buy Super IQ or a paid plan, payment details are handled by our payment provider. We keep subscription status so your premium features stay active. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase — full details are in our Terms of Service.

9. Changes
We may update this policy as the product grows. We’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of IQ Bot after an update means you accept the revised policy.
