Change your mind after buying? Request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
1. Acceptance
By inviting IQ Bot to a Discord server, using commands, or logging into the dashboard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. The service
IQ Bot provides Discord tools such as welcome messages, embed builder, AutoMod / security, moderation, tickets, counting, automations, giveaways, starboard, levels, clans, AFK, logs, and utility commands — plus a dashboard at iq-bot.xyz.
Super IQ is our premium line with extra features (for example advanced leveling / rank cards). Free features stay available on IQ Bot; premium features require an active subscription or plan.
3. Your responsibilities
- Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Server admins are responsible for how the bot is configured in their server.
- Don’t use IQ Bot for spam, harassment, scams, illegal activity, or abuse.
- Keep your Discord account and dashboard login secure.
4. Purchases & 14‑day refund policy
Paid plans (including Super IQ) are billed through our payment provider. After a successful purchase, premium features unlock for the subscribed server / account as described at checkout.
Refund window: You may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
Contact us via our support Discord or dashboard and include your Discord user ID, server ID, and proof of purchase / transaction ID.
- We’ll review refund requests in good faith and help you as quickly as we can.
- Refunds may be refused for clear abuse (for example repeated buy–refund cycles, chargeback fraud, or violating Discord/our rules).
- After 14 days, purchases are generally non‑refundable, but if something is seriously wrong on our side, still message us — we’ll try to make it right.
5. Support promise
We’re a friendly team. Whether it’s a free feature or Super IQ, you can ask for help with setup, bugs, permissions, dashboard questions, privacy/deletion requests, or refunds. We can’t guarantee every custom request, but we will always listen and help where we can.
6. Availability & changes
We work hard to keep IQ Bot online, but we don’t promise 100% uptime. Features may be added, improved, or adjusted as we grow. Temporary outages or maintenance can happen.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by Discord outages, misconfiguration, or misuse of the bot. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using IQ Bot anytime (remove the bot / cancel a plan). We may suspend access if these Terms or Discord’s rules are seriously broken. If we ban for abuse, refunds are not guaranteed.
